摘要: 在讨论了一维晶格振动的色散关系和晶格热容的基础上,以二维正方晶格为例,计算了最近邻近似下的色散关系. 其数值计算结果用Matlab 作图表出.

Abstract: based on the two -dimensional square lattice for example,we analyze the relations of the closest atom approximate dispersion,which is based on the discussion about the dispersion relation of one-dimensional lattice and lattice heat capacity. The numerical result has been presented by Matlab.
